Just wanted to say a really big thank-you to Scott and his crew for a very memorable experience, my wife and I had the trip of a life-time on a beautiful, tip-top condition Harley heritage softail, we rode from Saratoga to las vegas, visiting the infamous Oatman on route 66. Their service was absolutely top dollar on the excellence scale, and i would recommend that any-one thinking of hiring a Harley to use these guys. Scott even opened up on labour day for me to collect the motorcycle - Thank You, and hope to see you again soon.

My girlfriend and I were on the same guided tour with Sean F. and his wife where Tim from Pashnit Tours recommended Scott. We were treated with friendly and personal service. Scott even let us borrow his truck to run to the store and pick up some supplies for our trip while he had the bikes prepared. I'll never forget the smile on Scott's face as we pulled out with the Harley's, knowing that we were about to embark on an amazing adventure. Which is was! Thanks Scott! we are now back from our week long vacation in the northern california, san francisco bay area. we rented a harley electraglide that provided us with perhaps one of the most enjoyable and memorable trips we've taken yet. we were not surprised at the ease and friendliness that we found upon our arrival to scott's shop because of the efficient, friendly rapport we began online & by phone in preparation for our trip.
the bike was well maintained and inspected and we were given thorough instructions on it use before we left for our trip. additionally scott provided us with phone numbers in case of emergency. the bike was problem free, mechanically sound and provided us with a new way to appreciate the beauty of california for several days worry free.
due to the efficient & friendly manner with which scott and his crew maintain their business we were on our way with confidence and a positive outlook.
we will definitely return for future trips using california motorcycle adventures and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free trip.

I hired an Ultra Classic Electra-glide Harley Davidson. It had a brilliant stereo system and was a great big solid bike that was lovely to ride. The sound of the exhaust sold it to me because it sounded like everything a Harley should be. I paid a reasonable price and it was surprisingly easy organise. I hired all the required kit and all I had to show them was my driving license and passport. I spent the first day getting used to the bike by riding around San Francisco. I drove around the Cal University campus and rode across the Golden Gate Bridge with my stereo on full blast playing "Born To Be Wild" . I then drove down to Lake Tahoe.

I'd like to pay tribute to Scott and his excellent staff
for the way they looked after us during a recent trip. We rented nine
(yes, nine!) bikes for a week touring California and Las Vegas. We were
picked up from the airport, the bikes were prepared to an immaculate
standard, and we were sent on our way with a great suggested itinerary
and the minimum of fuss. Absolutely top notch service from a really great guy.
Will definitely be using his services again. Thank you Scott!

Excerpts: After 30 years of motorcycling, we also wanted to do the Big Sur US-1 ride we had heard so much about. We were picked up at the train station by Scott Mindich, owner of California Motorcycle Adventures in Mountain View, CA. where we picked up the Y2006 Gold Wing rental. The total ride was 7 days, 1150 miles with not one single problem on the entire trip, all was perfect! California Motorcycle Adventures owners Scott & Ilene Mindich were extremely helpful and friendly folks. Scott had the Gold Wing in excellent condition and Ilene did a fabulous job helping Patti with itinerary planning.

When I and two of my friends turned 40, we rented two Heritage softails and a Road King for a week. We are from Holland Amsterdam and I arranged it over the internet and by phone. And it was very save. We drove from San Francisco, Las Vegas to Los Angeles and back to San Francisco again. Scott gave us the best advice how to do the trip. We had one of the best weeks of our lives with no worries at all. And that's the way to ride.

I rented an '08 Heritage Classic on two occasions from Scott and each time the experience was a real treat. The bike was new. The arrangements were handled over the internet and all was set when I showed up. In fact I asked Scott in passing if he knew where I might find a 12V powerpack for my GPS, he immediately offered to add a pigtail with cig adapter and all this at no extra charge.
I will be renting from Scott again whenever I find myself in the Bay Area.

Great rental experience! Scott really took care of us.
He picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, accepted and
shipped our gear so we didn't need to check it as baggage. The bike
ran great. Scott reviewed our plans and advised about weather, road
conditions, and places worth stopping at. Northern/Central California
is gorgeous. I'm ready to come back and see more or repeat our week

Great personal service and bike (Road King) was new. Shop owner was flexible with his closing hour and even installed a passenger back rest for my T-Bag. Easy access from highway 101. I rode 2 days north and one day south along the coast. Great location to start from and see magnificent oceans views including Monterey and Carmel only 2 hours south or north to the magnificent redwoods as well as great ocean and winery scenery.
