California Motorcycle Adventures made our dreams come true. Last April we have rented (6) Harleys and for 12 days we were cruising (4) different states putting 2,200 miles on each motorcycle with no single breakdown.
It is hard to describe the superb service that we have received from Scott, Ilene and their crew. It was the full professionalism with a warm touch of family business. Their expertise and willingness to help would be hard to match. It is important to underline the full service offered by CMA. From the first e-mail sent to Scott we felt like we had been taken care of, starting with competitive prices, perfectly planned itinerary and hotels recommendation.
Ilene is the expert of choosing the routes. She takes under consideration your likings, the potential weather conditions, sightseeing roads and additional wonderful stops that made our trip so much more enjoyable. All of these personal touches would not be possible with large rental chains and just employees.
After returning bikes we had a couple of little scratches here and there and Scott said to not worry about it. He said that for him this is a normal tear and wear. What an honest way of doing business. For the next year (2012) we are planning our North California loop and there is only one place that we consider renting motorcycles from which is California Motorcycle Adventures.
